Random Sketchbook

Welcome to Random Sketchbook, the collective work of Niovi Phinopoulou. 

Niovi started her career as a 3D Artist at MPC commercials, moving to MPC Film, at the Groom department. Since then, she has worked in different roles and studios mainly as a groom, texture/lookdev and 3D modelling artist. She have been fortunate to work on projects such as the Jungle Book, Avengers: Infinity War and Free Guy. After living in the UK for 11 years and having worked in London for almost 6 years, Niovi crossed to the other side of the pond, moving to Vancouver, BC. Currently she works as a Senior Surfacing Artist at Animal Logic.

Prior to VFX work, Niovi worked as an illustrator and graphic designer. Her mediums are a mixture of mostly pen, inks and acrylics, with the occasional use of oils and digital painting.  
Reoccurring themes of her personal work are those centered to the natural world and the relationship (or lack of) humans have with it as a collective and as individuals.
